Der Song handelt von der Möglichkeit und der Bedeutung der eigenen Entscheidungkraft. Insbesondere am Beispiel, Dinge anzusprechen, die einen stören, anstatt sie in sich reinzufressen. Es ist der erste Song, den PBS als Band geschrieben haben. Der Song sollte ursprünglich auf dem Album Pain erscheinen, passte aber nicht mehr zum restlichen Material.
